What is AuPairMatch?

AuPairMatch is a South African online au pair agency that services families and au pairs around the country.

The website matches up families in South Africa with South African au pairs looking to work locally, without the hassle of dealing with a standard au pair agency and at a fraction of the cost of a regular au pair placement service.

We cater for part-time and full-time positions, morning and afternoon positions, live-in and live-out placements, special needs placements, and placements of all types of au pairs from students to professional care-givers to retired moms looking to use their experience to help a new family.

How does it work?

Au pairs who are looking for work register for free and can view a list of our currently available vacancies. Families who are looking for an au pair can also register for free and view a list of currently available au pairs. Families only need to pay if they decide they want to contact an au pair.

We use timetables, location, special requirements/skills and more to match you with an au pair who is the best fit for you.

Why should I join AuPairMatch?

A traditional agency screens candidates for you, then bills you a share of the au pair's salary for the introduction.
